Sorry for the long post but I though that everyone should be cautious if you stop there for routine service. Make sure you check their pricing first.
I called this customer personally to make sure that he did not have a bad experience and he confirmed he didn't. Also, he said he got in on appointment in a couple of days in February in the height of RV snowbird season which is much faster than some of our competitors especially for single service needs.
As for pricing (we were actually $129 for labor), we feel you are not comparing apples to apples of the service received and where it was received. If we were double all of our competitors that would be bad business. The regular pricing for competitors on the exact same service in Ocala is as follows Freightliner - $125, Cummins $155, Optimum RV $130, Tri-Am RV $162, A&B Automotive $125, Tradewinds won't do it, and Patrick's is $119.
As you can see we were not the cheapest or nearly the most expensive for our market. We regularly check with competitor pricing to make sure we are competitive and we feel we go the extra mile with service availability and completeness. Hopefully the forum will take that into consideration, that's all we ask.
