Bed slide wont work. 2015 /winnebago Journey 36M

Anyone had the bedslide Stop working? Could use some advice. New Batteries, motoor good, plunger swith good, wall switch is good. One odd thing is breaker panel shows "sofa" with no breaker plunger bu...

We had the same issue with our Itasca Sunrise. It turned out that the seals on the slide had gotten stuck to the motorhome. It took two big guys to get it unstuck. They then just put silicone lubricant on the seals. No more problem.
