My big concern about long Class C rigs is the amount of tail overhang. A few weeks back, while at our local Costco gas station, a long Class C turned out from the pump island and damaged most of 5' of the rear body on the island support pillar.
A neighbor who bought one said they had to drain the water and waste tanks every time before taking to the street because of the tail-heaviness. They sold it after less than a year.
