Consider Sportsmobile. Their site has a method to design YOUR OWN layout as you choose it to be.

Site also has many options and prices.

Cue the Sprinter model 2x4 or 4x4. They have less "fluff" than the others and more "function".

Great for boondocking also with the right options chosen.
