Best class A lengths for national parks?
We have been looking at class A's...our first RV of any sort, and are totally confused!! We love the livability of over 35', but I have heard that the shorter lengths are better. We are really torn!...

Same outcome every time this topic comes up, the big coaches claim to go everywhere, but it's a curious thing to me why we rarely see them in the CG. As an example we were in West Glacier at Apgar and I didn't see anything over 36' in a full campground. We arrived on a slow day midweek and found less than five sites available that were big enough and level enough to accommodate a midsize coach.
The thing with unit size vs campsites is it's not black and white, it's many shades of gray. But for sure as your size goes up the population of camping sites goes down. A 30 foot coach can occupy a 45 foot space but not vice versa.
