Best features

Having our own washer/dryer. Size. DW says "Bathtub" is her favorite, along with the bath and a half so we each have our own baths.

another thing is the full queen bed.

For us, ALL residential appliances. Residential Fridge. Great shower head just like at home (no oxygenics for us!). Household water pressure (2 water pumps). Baseboard heat (Webasto/Aquahot). Electric fireplace. Convection oven. Gas cooktop (might replace it with Induction in the near future). 3 A/C units and a large generator to ensure everything works even when not connected to shore power. Satellite TV (Trav'ler or Eagle antenna) plus the best MiFi device(s) for cellular internet connectivity.
I like RVing but I like RVing best when I have the same creature comforts of home in my RV.

Washer/Dryer combo. Doesn't work great, but way better than fighting for dryer space with the seasonals at a campground laundry.

Left and right front slides. I wanted more room in the area I'll spend most of my time in and apposing slides does just what I wanted.

I guess I'd probably have to say sufficient kitchen counter space and elbow room to prepare a meal...though there are many other things I appreciate about my motorhome.

Ours would be the huge storage in the basement.
Very simplistic service bay.

easy...residential fridge. no more stressing over the erratic and small RV fridge.

Helps reduce the amount of toilet paper in the holding tank. Squeaky clean feeling...

IF buying new 15 years ago I probably would not have specked Girard Awning $$$, or AguaHot $$$$, or a residential refrigerator. Now that I have all three they are on my MUST HAVE list (we bought slightly used). Going residential is the best mod I've made, especially after putting too much money into keeping my NoCold 1200 going and YES we boondock often.
I would add tag axle to the list for the increased CCC and the great handling and side radiator of easier access to the engine and easier to keep it clean.
