Then don't buy it. The thousands of us who rely on it will continue to profit from its use.
Never had such intention.
Whole point is that customer education is very low and lot of people are making buying choice on sale propaganda, not on actual value.
Are you really profiting from the use?
If your coach is having cheap converter, you are shortening the life of all batteries with this gizmo.
It will keep the battery charged this year, but it will kill it following year.
Your money, your choice.
PD4655V converter, so not a "cheap converter."
The Trik-L-Start has been in continuous use now since about 2010, or 5ish years with no problems. It is what it is, a permanently installed trickle charger. It works as one.
One winter, about 2 years ago, I had a squirrel nest on top of my engine. I opened the hood and placed an 1156 socket/bulb connected to the starting battery in there. It got rid of the squirrel. Leaving the light (a little over 2 amps) running 24/7 all winter would have run the battery down. Instead, the battery was still fully charged the following spring.
You're right. My money, my choice. If mine died tomorrow, I would have another one the next day. It has done me right. In my opinion, and my opinion is the only one that matters to me, I have profited from its use.

This statement is actually the definition of marketing. The whole economy relies on it.
