I clean the bottom half of my coach with hand sponge and towels. I have to use a sponge mop to reach up and clean the top four feet or so. I have not found a really suitable tool. Either the cheap mops are very flimsy, or more durable ones have hard edges which I am afraid to use on the coach for fear of scratching.Suggestions? (Other than a ladder, which I have used, but do not feel safe.)

I use a soft bristle rv washing brush that has an extendable handle. I got it from Walmart about six or seven years ago and it still works great.

Same as Two Hands. Just make sure you keep in clean.

I use a mop I also got at Wally World..it is a microfiber head and a mop handle..the head is blue and white stripe..it does a good job..I also have one of the same to apply wax...good luck

If you have nice full body paint you might want to consider a lambs wool pad on an extension pole. That's what Newmar recommends to avoid scratches to the clear coat.

I use a "Van Wash" brush, this is a big brush, may or may not have a flow through feature, it has a telescoping handle (Which you can replace with a push broom handle if you wish) works great.

Another item that might work (Fuller Brush sells this) is a window washer's brush. The fuller brush one fits on their "Multi-Handle" (mop. this thing, some other stuff)

I believe this is better for a painted surface than a brush and does not hold the dirt like lambs wool. Not a bad price either. Microfiber

Unless you get ALL the road grime off before using sheepskin, the wool will hold some grit. The best is the soft RV extendable brush and rinse it in soapy water every few strokes.

I recommend a sheep wool pad attached to a telescoping handle. The only manufacturer I know that makes a quality unit is Swobbit Products. Not cheap, but very good quality. They market specifically to the boating industry.
I have used their products for years and they are the best!
