FWIW, I would recommend talking to more people that have actually had claims and see how that went. I can tell you that we have AmFam and they have been great. In reality all they have done is taken our premiums as we have not had a claim. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining....I hope to keep it that way. :-). Just something to consider.
