Cheryl, for my money, Costco! I just bought a new set of Goodyears (only sold by select stores on a trial basis, but they also carry Michelin, Goodyear, and Bridgestone) from them. I knew what tires I wanted and went to EVERY tire store in my town to get quotes and NO ONE could even come close to Costco. And, they're Nationwide!
