Discount Tire does have very good service. I buy their tire warranty for each car I own, including my Sprinter based Class B.
I've asked many times: "what happens if I have a problem where you don't have a dealer", and their answer is to get the tire fixed or replaced, and they will rebate me my costs. I haven't had to do that, but I expect they will live up to their promise.
