Best route to and within Yellowstone from Nebraska

We are driving from Omaha NE to Yellowstone in a 31' RV early in June. If anyone has taken this route please tell me which roads we should avoid and/or which route you can recommend? We are planning...

Here is an article which describes the various routes into Yellowstone. I strongly recommend that you scroll down to the section on the Bighorn Mountains. They are not RV friendly and can be dangerous.
