best stuff to polish oxidized fiberglass mh?
Or Mh needs the outside buffed and polished/waxed. What's the best, easiest stuff/tools to use?

Depending on the age of your motorhome and how badly it's oxidized, the Zep/Red Max Pro Process does a good job.
Follow the instructions to remove the oxidation and clean. Then use the wax of your choice.
