best stuff to polish oxidized fiberglass mh?
Or Mh needs the outside buffed and polished/waxed. What's the best, easiest stuff/tools to use?

Use an orbital polisher. 3M compound (purple bottle) followed by 3M Polish (blue cap - purple bottle) white pad for compound blue pad for polish. Finish it off with 3M Hand glaze. Take your time and don't keep the polisher in one spot, keep it moving. If it's not too bad skip the compound.
