best stuff to polish oxidized fiberglass mh?
Or Mh needs the outside buffed and polished/waxed. What's the best, easiest stuff/tools to use?

I did wax motorhome once in my life. That was about 20 years ago.
My elbows still remember.
I did polish 21' Airstream trailer. Took me 2 weeks full time. My elbows still remember.
BTW you can't polish fiberglass. It will pull the glass fibers.
You can repolish gellcote, but sounds like your gellcote is gone already.
