Best way to keep chassis battery charged over winter?

We have a 2014 Itasca Navion which has a Progressive PD 9245 converter/charger which has the built in "Charge Wizard" to keep the coach batteries charged. I don't understand why they don't hook up ...

The battery types are very different. Chassis is a starting battery, house is deep cycle. A single charger would treat them the same.

Given the cost of batteries, a separate float (not trickle) charger is a good investment.

I connect mine to the dash lighter outlet and power it from the nearest 120 receptacle connected to the shore line.
