Best way to keep chassis battery charged over winter?

We have a 2014 Itasca Navion which has a Progressive PD 9245 converter/charger which has the built in "Charge Wizard" to keep the coach batteries charged. I don't understand why they don't hook up ...

Like others, I have a battery tender hooked up. I also don't let my engine sit for too long without running it to circulate the oil. So I fire it up every couple weeks for about 20 minutes.
