Beware of older motorhomes with low mileage!

The box has actualy come apart and he said it looked like a bird had started a nest under the box and damaged some of the wiring.The mechanic said he had never seen anything like it and had worked on much older homes that the fuse box looked great.

Interesting. How would a bird get into the fuse box area? While the mechanic may be correct, I would be placing my bets on the usual suspects, members the Rodent family. Hopefully, all that was damaged was the fuse box. I would be doing some close inspection of all the wiring, vermin have a habit of chewing on wires and creating short circuits and fire opportunities. Sure hope the tide turns on your rig soon.
