Fleetwood - was so easy to turn, steering had very little play, it felt very stable on the road.
Allegro - was harder to turn, a lot of play in the steering and I felt like it was all over the road.
We love everything about the Allegro, except for the way it drove. Why is it the Southwind drove like a dream? But, I want the Allegro to be the dream.
The Ford should handle well, as would the Workhorse (not a Chevy) so maybe something's wrong. Drive another and if a late model WH again, pay attention if it has the Chevy 8.1 gas engine (much better) or possibly a little Duramax diesel and not so good.
