Very, Very, VERY did I say VERY? common for a coach to need a front end alignment new out of the box. Manufactures build houses and have very little to do with the real mechanics. So much so, its not uncommon for coach builders to mess stuff up, such as cooling/air flow, fuel line routing, and the like. (Tiffin messed up the battery cable routing to the starter, which burnt the cable up in my parents motorhome, Tiffin reimbursed Workhorse for the repair) That is why your chassis warranty is from the chassis builder, not the coach builder. It is not uncommon for the coach builder to wash their hands from the chassis, when it comes to support.
