You would think so, but unfortunately you are wrong.
Chassis builder does the alignment not the house builder. You add several thousand pounds on the chassis and it needs alignment again. But you end up putting several additional thousand pounds on it and it really needs an alignment again after you put your stuff in the MH.
All new MHs need an alignment. Preferably after the owner loads their stuff in it.
