Big rig parks between Jacksonville and Richmond

I will be heading north in June and usually go thru Columbia, then I77 to I81. This trip will likely be I95 to to 64 to 81. We won't be doing side trips along the way and I would like to hear some nice RV parks that offer easy in and out pull thrus for a MH and tow. Also is the 288 beltway around the west side of Richmond a bad route. I know many in here prefer cutting over to Hwy 15 to 64. 350 to 400 miles per day is my max drive time. Those 500 mile days when I was much younger are over! Thanks.
