Bizarre holding tank problem! It fills up on its own!

I consider myself a fairly astute guy. I can figure out most issues with everything from old trawlers to this POS 1994 Fleetwood Bounder. The gray water tank fills up on its own. Seriously. Ly...

I'm not sure what that means.
