Bizarre holding tank problem! It fills up on its own!

I consider myself a fairly astute guy. I can figure out most issues with everything from old trawlers to this POS 1994 Fleetwood Bounder. The gray water tank fills up on its own. Seriously. Ly...

I looked in the compartment that has the city water connection, and even the old onboard tank, and there's no valve that I could find. I that that's a great idea though!
