Bizarre holding tank problem! It fills up on its own!

I consider myself a fairly astute guy. I can figure out most issues with everything from old trawlers to this POS 1994 Fleetwood Bounder. The gray water tank fills up on its own. Seriously. Ly...

No water softener. This is a bare bones Bounder.

I'll investigate further when I get a chance. Since it is only gra water, I can dump it on the lawn. We can go a month on our black water tank, which is great.
