black holding tank heating pad coming loose on my Hurricane. The leading edge of the heating pad on my black holding tank is starting to come loose has anyone found a Solution to repair this? Adhesive...

There are very few adhesives that will stick to the polyethylene or polypropylene plastic that your black tank is made of. Check with the maker of your heating pad.
