Black tank back up....
Monaco Windsor 2001. After traveling for a few days and then a stay(1 week) in RV park black tank got full and when trying to dump thought slide gate was broken because nothing came out when opening...

For future reference:
If you don't like the idea of the chemicals in products made for that, just a little bit of detergent will help break things down.
This often means that you are using the wrong kind of toilet paper.....or the occupants need a lie detector test to find out who is putting forbidden items down there.:E
It can also mean that you didn't get it cleaned out good the trip before and now there is some near-rock-hard deposit at the bottom.
I think Rid-X is very slow acting but others maybe can offer advice for the current situation. Hot water, detergent and aggitation would be good.....if it's time to move.
