First time out in my then new to me MH, the black valve didn't work (never thought to check it during the PDI).
Full tank and long weekend.
Ended up taking it to Camping World to do it. The sent a guy out in a hazmat suit (gave it to the new guy):B I didn't see how they did it, but the compartment had been all washed out afterwards and the tank was empty.
If I recall it cost me over $200 to replace a $10 part, but then I didn't have to deal with the mess so it was (almost) worth it.
I replaced the grey water valve myself when I got home.
