The sprayer in the tank could be clogged. Ours gradually took longer and longer to rinse the tank over 8 years, then last year it quit when I let the tank get overly full. I had to pull a panel in our wet bay to gain access to the top of the tank. I then pulled the sprayer out and drilled the nozzle holes slightly larger, using a 1/16" bit, as I recall. On remounting the sprayer, it has worked great ever since. I also added one to our B+ last summer, in that case the sprayer is mounted high on the side of the tank rather than in the top.
