I'm not sure what this has to do with you buying a diesel coach as the OP had a gas engine. It should have lasted much longer but things happen.
My thoughts are that a person/family should take care of their financial security/retirement first. If there are any extra funds they can consider 'toys'. The level of the toy will depend on your extra funds.
If you don't have $20,000 set aside for emergency repairs for the RV then I wouldn't buy another coach. Nothing is more frustrating than living beyond your means and that could be many different levels.
I have a neighbor that just did that and has a huge loan on his house which is worth half (maxed out loans when you could). He didn't pay his HOA dues for 5 yrs. and is fighting to get his house back that the HOA had to repossess (was forced out legally by a Judge). It will be resold for the many years of past due fees and the lender will have to accept partial payment for the huge loan. This guy was playing with borrowed money and the music stopped and there was no where to sit.
