It's not easy. Going up will require partial disassembly of the engine (removing the cylinder heads and such) and using an engine hoist either thru the driver's door or thru the living area of the coach. The other direction is down but may require removal of the front axle and/or cross member frames of the chassis. Either direction is a lot of man hours which could add up to more than the value of the coach but still less than what you might pay for a replacement. Hate to be the OP at this point. Either choice, replace engine or replace coach is going to be expensive.
