If everyone would get in the habit of checking your oil the first thing in the morning "before" starting engine
and looking at coolant recovery and last look "under" your motorhome.
I did and found a pinion seal leaking..
took my F350 into the Ford dealer in Kingman,Arizona and had seal replaced...about 300 dollars vs. 2500 for a new rear end..

talk to heavy equipment operators, aircraft owners, Truck drivers
there is a set of rules you go by on your pre-trip inspections.
Nobody jumps into their equipment and starts it without the "walkaround"
