John, I would take a number of pictures from under neath the MH and post on here maybe some one can interpret the failure by reviewing the photos. Secondly I would take pictures of any oil lines, valve covers,etc. Check to see if you plug in you pan is tight( maybe whoever changed your oil did not tighten all the way). You would not see this oil because of the hole in the pan. As others have said losing that much oil before the failure I would think you should see some leakage somewhere. If you file a claim the insurance company would have to send a mechanic out to evaluate the incident and may move this along quicker for you. Good luck to you.
