Well, I happen to think Re0man is as good as new, but you paid for new, and you should have gotten new... As someone said, Time to Call Dewy, Cheatum & Howe attorneys at law... Or better yet, a real law firm instead of one from 3-stooges.
I think one could successfully argue that a reman engine is "new". They're rebuilt with new parts to factory specs. Can you even buy a "new" truck-spec 8.1L? I know you can get GM Performance engines for hot rod applications.
I'd be more concerned with the 2011 build date. Where was it all that time?
