The insurance company said they would pay to tear it down.. And I decided to wait till I'm right close to the total job amount before I have it hauled back to the repair place.
Can't you refinance it and keep the payments the same?
Not with the same bank.. I have yet to investigate other banks.. But I'm going to give it at least till spring before I do that, I'm parked for the winter here.. (nice place to winter after all).
I would rather be a couple hundred miles north.. but that has to do with established friends I have them both places, I have more there.
