because FLATS never happen on secondary roads ???
at least this guy had the median to buffer / slow him....on a secondary (2 lane or even an undivided 2 lane) you wouldn't have that !
people die in slower accidents & running BACK ROADS doesnt decrease your chances !
INSURANCE doesnt DENY coverage because of speeding, they might UP your rates but they don't DENY coverage - and theres is no APPARENT gross negligence here so he should be covered !
