First time I've heard of a Hankook blowout for that size tire, but it's hardware and nothing hardware is bulletproof.
I've used Toyo's and Bridgestone in the past and never had a problem and seldom hear of one. I'm currently using Toyo's and am happy with them.
Or pay a premium and go for the Michelins, but they have been known for serious sidewall checking. Goodyears have a problem with rivering (or cupping) of the decoupler rib, but they usually "age out" before that becomes an issue.
Most important ... weigh your coach by axle and inflate to the load. Underinflation is a sure fire way to early failure.
