Seems like the consumer here might be in a tough spot. You can't prove that you didn't back up by mistake and they probably think something like that happened to explain the damage. They may even think you backed up and didn't realize it. However, I did inadvertantly let my rig with blue ox tow bar roll back once perhaps 6 in. and it did no damage at all. I agree with your upset but it just might be one of those nasty situations that can't be fixed unless Blue Ox relents and gives you more.
