Have been using our Blue Ox tow bar for 9 yrs. towing two different Honda CR-V's about 82,000 miles. I did have our B/O Aventa serviced a few times over the years in Quartzsite. Probably due for another service as it's been a couple of years but no problems.
Something happened to the Original Poster's Blue Ox tow bar......bent bars just don't happen.
