Bolt on wheel simulators

Anyone have experience with the bolt on wheel simulators from summit racing? CLICKY
  • Shops damaged ours over then years, widening the hinges and losing the washers I found to keep salvaging them. I didn't want to pay that much to replace them. So I sprayed the rims grey matte and they look fine on our rig. Much less maintenance.
  • Phoenix makes quality products, just make sure you order the correct ones for your wheels.
  • After looking at all options I decided to go with the ones from Pacific Dualies .

I like the direct bolt on to the wheel, not the way the Phoenix uses the replacement lug extensions and spacer.Just seems better to use the original bolts than after market ones.
  • I have a set of Pacific Dualies; the handholes are a bit small, and because they are attached via 4 of the 8 studs, they don't have buffering pads where the outer edge contacts the lips of the rims. As such, they can squeak at slow rotations. I've added a thin layer of foam to the inner lip to stop the squeak.
Otherwise, they look great and add to the overall appearance of the Sunseeker.
  • We've had ours for a while now from summit and have been very satisfied with them. Especially after loosing a front snap on one on two different occasions.
  • I bought some lug caps from pacific dully and they had good customer service
