The wheel covers will score the valves (Tireman/Borg), so you will want to do as others have suggested and use a dremel tool (the wheel covers are stainless steel, so the dremel takes some time to cut a notch or an 'elongation', and the steel gets hot) to enlarge the wheel cover holes so they don't saw on the valves.
One can also use a plasma cutter, but most people don't have one of those handy! :B
I've had Tireman valves on my rig for over 10 years; the first thing I did was ream out the holes on the wheel covers.
