Bought a Lexor - now searching storage ideas

I traded my C on a new 2013 Please-way Lexor - sweet! Now I am trying to set it up for camping. I am searching for the best options for increasing the storage capacity. I've seen some cargo carriers that attach to the towing receiver, but I plan on doing a lot of towing (bass boat) so I'm not sure the carrier on the back is an option. Has anyone added a hitch to the front for a carrier? How about storage racks on the roof? Any and all suggestions is appreciated. Thanks.

I solved that with a dual hitch extension Actually, I needed the hitch extension for dragging a little Shasta down to Florida and decided it made sense to get the dual as well just in case.
  • Those packing cubes look ideal so I placed an order. I'll look for the cargo carrier. I've found some that look like they will fit a hitch but the description is silent on whether you can tow with them. Do you have a name brand of your carrier DownTheAvenue? Thanks.
  • Along the lines of using the ebag packing bags (which we use & recommend) try to buy sizes that fit into the "nooks & crannies" that categorize much of Class B storage. There's quite a bit of that storage, but relatively little space for large items, so consider buying smaller size products, even if you have to re-supply more often.
  • I faced the same problem with my B. For storage inside, use packing cubes from ebags.com. You can store considerable more clothes with the packing cubes. For your cargo carrier, there is a company that makes a cargo carrier that is rated to tow as well. I deleted the bookmarks when i purchased my cargo carrier, but a little work with Google and I am sure you will find it.
