Brakebuddy Service
I wish to share my praise for the Great Customer Service I received from Hopkins Mfg. for my Brakebuddy repair. Started out with a call to them about problem with the digital pressure gauge not reading correctly. Note, I had just purchased the BB Classic used and was only seeking advice on a possible DIY fix. After a brief conversation with Gary in tech support I was asked for the Serial # which I found and gave to them. He promptly informed me it was a bad gauge and it would be replaced under warranty (shock # 1). I packaged it up and sent it off. With a 1 day turn around after they received (shock #2)it it was returned to me with not only the gauge replaced but the unit was completely check over and many other repairs done at at NO Charge to me (shock #3). I could not have asked for better Customer Service. They have won me as not only a Customer but an advocate of a great product and outstanding personnel.
