You will likely have to go older than 3 years to bring a Tiffin/Newmar into that price range. I had 70k to work with and ended up at 7 years old. I could have gotten a "lesser" brand or worst condition, but that's what it took for me to find my "Cherry".
I feel the pressure of expense right now: Initial purchase, taxes, insurance, building a garage, setting up tow vehicle, TPMS, RVGPS, the list seems to never end.
However, I believe that the key to this feeling like it has "value" to us is in longevity. If we use it continuously for 10-15 years, then the money is irrelevant. I believe the biggest money pit is in changing rigs too early. $80k with steep depreciation is terrible in the short term, but not so bad when you sit in your rocker with more memories than a person deserves!
