Use a meter to verify you're getting power from the shore connection, then verify that it's present going into and coming out of the transfer switch. Next verify the power coming into the main breaker panel, and finally verify you have power going out on any one of the circuits.
I had the same problem on my RV. Good power until one day everything went out. Turned out to be a loose connection on one of the wires coming from the transfer switch into the main breaker panel. I could see power coming into the breaker, but nothing going out. Cleaned up the connection and haven't had a problem since.
