Fwiw, in early 2016 I bought a 2008 29' Winnebago class c on a Ford chassis. It had 21k miles and was in very good shape. I paid $28k from a private seller locally on craigslist. We had been looking for a while, and anything even close in condition/age/mileage to our coach on a dealership used lot was $35k and up. We use ours a lot, no major issues other than I think the leaf springs are a little tired as it is not very smooth over things like railroad crossings or sharp edge bumps. Your price range should allow for a pretty nice used unit. Good luck.
