Luckily I still consider my inner freak to be a good thing. We have a couple of friends who have been there and shared their experience verbally and by picture and it looks to be a fantastic event, unlike anything else. Who would not want to do that. Yes, the conditions can be terrible and even when it's good it's going to be dusty (review location!). To those who have been there, I am terribly jealous. It's absolutely a bucket list item for me. I even watched hours of the BM live video feed one year. I will have to see if the next one has a similar setup as I had forgotten about it until now.
