I never hesitated to buy high-mileage vehicles (usually diesels) and never had bad luck with them, but bear in mind that after adding another 20k the motorhome will become unsellable.
I had F250 with famous 7.3 diesel but over 300k on odometer. Even the engines last for 700k , it took me a year to find a buyer who paid 50% of KBB.
Lastly, there is no such thing as firm price.
They want $18,000 ?
