Buyer Requirement for RV Sale - What's your opinion

Hi. Hey, I have my RV up for sale and i have a potential buyer that lives about 2 hours away. He wants his mechanic to look at it and i told him i wouldn't bring it up there for that but he's welcom...

Don't give it a second thought. This guy is asking you to provide him a free warranty with a $1K deductible. Be honest with the guy and disclose everything you know about the RV and provide him with a ton of good pictures so he can decide if spending money on an inspection is worth it. Good luck!
