We traveled thousands of miles to look at coaches. No way would I sign anything like that.
If he wants it, 200 miles is nothing, and should not be at your expense.
The only thing I would sign is a bill of sale that I drew up, with the vin #, make, model and year of coach, stating sold " as is ".
It is up to the buyer to do his due diligence, wether it is self, or professional inspection.
As long as you have divulged pertinent information, you have done your job. If he doesn't like it, oh well. There are plenty of other buyers out there.
